Operations Coordinator - Albany

Love Solving Puzzles, Logic Games, or Tackling Jigsaws?

Then let’s talk! We’re on the hunt for an Operations Coordinator who thrives on putting the right pieces in the right places. Think you can keep the puzzle of schedules, trainers, and travel perfectly aligned? If so, you’re already halfway there!

What You'll Be Doing:

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to keep our trainers in sync with our training programmes. You’ll be connecting dots (and people), solving scheduling puzzles, and making sure everything clicks into place across the week. If you’re a natural at managing details, love solving problems, and can think two steps ahead like a seasoned Tetris pro, this role is for you!

  1. Coordinate course schedules and trainer availability with the precision of a puzzle master.
  2. Work with our sales teams to ensure the right courses happen in the right places, at the right time.
  3. Help trainers with their day-to-day queries around scheduling—your quick thinking and knack for solutions will keep things running smoothly.
  4. Balance resources, optimise schedules, and minimise travel—because who doesn’t love efficiency?

Who You Are:

We’re looking for someone with the right attitude and mindset. You don’t need to have scheduling experience, but if you’re the kind of person who thrives on solving puzzles and thinking creatively, you’ll fit right in. You’re a quick learner, great at communicating, and love being part of a team.

If you've got:

  1. Organisational skills that would make a jigsaw look easy.
  2. The ability to think ahead, spot patterns, and solve problems.
  3. A can-do attitude and the willingness to jump in wherever needed.
  4. The confidence to pick up the phone, send an email, or work through our systems like a pro...

...then we want to hear from you!

If this sounds like you please send a CV and cover letter explaining why you are suitable for this role to Tracey Ranginui tracey.ranginui@safetynaction.co.nz

Applicants must currently reside and be eligible to work in NZ.
