Once you have submitted your request to be registered and your account is activated, you will receive an invitation to set up your secure password which will give you access to the following features.

Features of the Online Booking System:

  1. Make your bookings online for upcoming public courses
  2. View all bookings that you have made with us, past and present for any courses attended or booked*
  3. Track the status of your bookings*
  4. Access information on attendees relating to bookings you have made and their competency results once processed*
  5. Add or change attendee details to your bookings up until the course has commenced 
  6. Download to excel feature added to support internal customer reporting requirements
  7. View your current account profile information
  8. View, pay and monitor the status of invoices for training you have booked*
